I have 2 server and i want to set time to those 2 server same time . I'v tried everything , every command i know but my 2 servers never can be same time . :( . One of my server time auto change it time every night . It is same now : Sun Sep 19 02:35:00 UTC 2004
But it will change after 12pm . Anybody can help me ?

Assuming these servers are *nix:

If you're interested in keeping your servers on time, use ntpdate -- it will contact a time server, and set the clocks -- and if you set up a cron job, it should make sure the clocks are kept on-time on a regular basis, in case they get changed some other way.

In any case, there is a separate problem that your clocks are somehow automatically changing at 12, you're going to have to be more specific about this -- as in, what time they change to at noon, and so forth.
