Hi guys/girls,

I am thinking of getting a dedicated server for my needs (Intel Package X). Here are few questions I would like to ask:

1) What are the base software does RackShack installed?

2) Do they offer server that doesn't have any software installed? Of course you need the base sutff, like kernel, development package and so forth.

3) How can I recompile packages that has already installed. Say I want to recompile Apache with PHP with Jakarta Tomcat and Sablotron. How can I do that?

4) What are the security measures that RackShack taken to secure my server? Do they protect my server against DOS and hacker?

5) Do they backup me server periodically?
