1) How do you set up ssl on a raq 4r?
2) Is there any FAQ on securing a raq?
3) How would you do a OS restore on a co-lo raq? possible?
4) Anyway to backup an entire server config and all?
5) To allow telnet or not to allow telnet?

You'll have to go to the colo or pay them to do it. No practical way to do a remote OS restore on your own.

4) Anyway to backup an entire server config and all?

You could write your own script to back up all the HD content including the PostgreSQl stuff I guess, or make it easy on yourself and use this:
