View Full Version : anyone use datahosts.net?
ucrit123 01-16-2002, 10:58 PM Hello,
Anyone has has experience with datahosts.net? How about its service? Thank you.
Datahosts.net:
$35/month
2000 GB Disk space
20 GB data transfer
unlimited domain
etc...
Just did a quick Search of WHT and found the following thread, which may be of interest to you...
http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=27958&highlight=datahosts.net
There's a few positive comments in there about datahosts.net
Seems their packages are quite similar to http://www.splashhost.com and http://www.mchost.com if you were looking for others to compare to.
spade 01-17-2002, 01:38 AM I sent an email to them and asked them if they still have custom reseller package.
They replied my email so quick. I believe it is a good company. :)
Too bad they do not have what I am looking for, otherwise I choose them. :)
Dataman 01-17-2002, 08:54 PM They look pretty good but in their reseller plans do they offer unlimited databases and email pops cause this seemed to be listed not as a plural.
spade 01-17-2002, 09:08 PM Dataman,
Why don't you email them directly? :)

Greetings,
i'm not sure if i can answer it here but here goes:
it is unlimited domains and each domain can have a database/s and emails. I am sorry for the typos , our website design is over a year old and most of the content is over a year old as well, i think back in nov. 2000. We are currently re-designing the site..
If you have further Q's , feel free to email me.

There is no limit on the number of sites hosted per IP.
We encourage all users to use name based hosting. if you must use an IP address per site, IP addresses are provided free* rfc2050 apply.
AL-Benjamin 01-18-2002, 05:23 PM sent you a pm;)
DHWWnet 01-18-2002, 05:23 PM ok, thank you :)

WCSWEB NETWORKS
kmb999 02-04-2002, 04:35 PM I recently signed up with them and yestarday they gave me 50 web users, 30 MySQL Databases, 100MB extra space for email, and 2 extra ips, all for free.
datahosts.net is a very good host, they once came up to WHT and offered free hosting a few months ago, I'm still using it to this day, hardly any downtime, preety good, considering the fact that it's free!
