I just bought a server with dual NICs. How is the best way to configure them? Win2K -- put separate IP's to each TCP/IP settings, or mirror the IP settings on both? Do they load balance, or what? What do you recommend? They will both get plugged into the same switch.

What brand NICs are they?

Intel Pro 100+

Download the driver at http://appsr.intel.com/scripts-df/Detail_Desc.asp?ProductID=417&DwnldID=2926 and there is also a program included called Intel PROSet included which will allow you to configure them in a team for load balancing and fault tolerance.
