I need some help. :) I'm currently looking for a good,reliable hosting company that offers this:

1,200 MB (1.2GB) of disk space
20-30 GB of Bandwidth
Unmetered traffic FTP & Telnet, 24x7access
Full Featured Control Panel
PHP
SQL (Needs to be set to global rather than localhost, cause of our programs that update to the databse. We have programs to where we can update the site from our computer rather than a web script.)
CGI

For under $35? :)

But header they weren't good. Plus they don't do the global for PHP/SQL.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm kinda in the need to find one ASAP. Thanks so much..
