Dear Friends

I am talking to everyone who has an account with HFW.
I posted also last week regarding this and i think we need to find out something more deeply.
I am currently having some emails problem with HFW.
Most of them (99%) are not received not even if i send one from myself to myself.
Is anyone experiencing problems like this?
I just wake up every morning and no emails...it sounds strange to me because I am running a business where communications are 90% through emails.
If someone has the same problems please post here so we can try to solve this matter. It is really frustating.
thanks to all
APACHE

Hello,
I am not with them but can give some advice to help with this.

Go to dnsstuff.com and enter the IP of their mail server in the SPAM lookup. There could be a chance that they are blacklisted and emails are just not getting through.

Before you go much further... have you contacted HFW about this? Are your settings correct on the server and all services running ok etc...?

hi, i have done what you said, and it seems everything is ok.
I have previously contacted HFW, but they said everything is running properly. So I don't really know what to do.
Also sometimes the emails arrive after a long period of time after they are sent out. That might be the server. Right now one of my mailing list containing only 10 email accounts of our staff is not even delivering the messages...So i supposed there must be something wrong for sure.

Guys if this has been ongoing for more than a week with no response from the host... It may be time to move on!

If you were getting e-mail but delayed then it is possible to pinpoint the issue by looking at headers!

If you have e-mail not delivered with no bounce back from sender then its kinda like a black hole!

email with no bounce, i think this is it.
so in this case do I need to inform them??
how to solve a black hole?

Not really a black hole.. just the mail is not getting through the server!!

They would need to check the server!
