Hi all, I have just started a new company www.ukspace4u.co.uk i am reselleing space (no nasty comments about that please) I am looking for advice on how to attract and keep customers and i also want some views...........I have mates with hosting companies who have spent a lot of time making members areas with downloads etc do you think its worth it or do customers just use ur hosting and not bother messing about with member areas as they all have their own control panel anyway?
Also is there anything extra you would advise offering to entice customers??
Please help i really need this to be a success!!

A good place to start is the "Running a Web Hosting Biz" area on this site. There are a lot of experienced Hosts in there that will give you tips on getting started.

But, before you even post in there, spend a few hours reading what is already there - you will find quite a treasure trove of tips and ideas. :)

Good luck,

Brian
