Hey you all,

This is my first post on the WebHostingTalk forum. I'm thinking of opening a little WebHosting Comapny of my own. I mostly likely will offer accounts similar in size, and cost to tera-byte.com .
However I would like to know, from some of you pros out there, how many accounts you sell on avarage in one day?

Best regards,

Don't expect to become a pro right away. :)

A huge amount of effort is needed to make a successful hosting company. Some of the pros are getting 10-100+ signups per day, while some of the smaller ones are at maybe 0-5/day. It takes a lot of time and effort and marketing skills to create a sucessful hosting company.

You've got to be prepared to do the hard yards, the late nights and have a big budget for advertising aswell as cold calling. Good luck!

But there's not too much harm in starting up a new one. The reason why so many people are getting into it is because of its low entry barriers. It'd only set u back maybe $100 in set up fees (your own account, domain name, cc processing, etc). And now with the control panels, you don't even need to be a hard core geek !
