The coach has been fired, failed to enter playoff, they did last year but ALMOST to the super bowl!

I am sorry, I am from FL and I know the real story. The Bucs coach was not fired cause they didnt get to the playoffs. He was fired cause the whole situation in general. They were on the tip of the hill and they just could not get the wheel over that last rock so the only way they would be able to is for a different aproach hence a new coach.

I am A BIG bucs fan and a BIG Tony Fan (old Coach) any coach that comes in here will make it to the Super Bowl the following year I can put my word on that.

I'm a big-time Bucs fan. He has done tremendous things with the team, taking them from 2-14 to the playoffs. However, now we have more talent, and he is not taking us anywhere farther into the playoffs. In some of the games, the Bucs have shown their talent and their ability(like against St Louis), but Dungy just can't get it done on the offense, particularily the passing game.
