But, my gosh... Do any of you all use contracts...

I mean it's a $1 fax call (max accounting for international)... And depending on the different countries involved you can sometimes get some relief if there is a physical contract....

And for US based transactions... The long-arm statute works for small claims (<$500).... So...

Word to the wise... Do all transactions w/ contracts... Even Hotmail does when you sign up for a email account...

There is efax.com that can send faxes through the internet for free....

So I guess that takes care of that $1 fax call.

Most hosts operate with a version of a contract:

"By clicking this box, you agree to accept these terms... yadda yadda yadda"

And as far as I know, unless you can prove it wasn't you who clicked the box, that click is part of a binding agreement between you and the host.
