Hello
I have plesk installed on my server and I would like to know if any individual or company can offer an unlimited domain license where I can pay a monthly fee instead of the one time fee.
I would like to pay around $75 - $100 per month.

Well you can get Plesk Unlimited license for $799. Buy it instead of paying monthly for it.
If you want to pay monthly $75 - $100 in 10 months you'll have spend more then the unlimited license cost!

Simple.
Buy the unlimited license with a credit card. Then pay $75-100/month until you pay it off. :-)

Since you have Plesk now what domain license do you have? I know at RS you can upgrade from the 200 domain license to unlimited for $299
