First I will like to say I am not a host though I do host a friends site. Time flys let me tell you it has been a year now that I have hosted by me.

let me say he never complains, always says thanks, and rarely have questions about stuff! I have not even heard from him over 4 months till couple days (totaly forgot about his hosting). Now that is top class customers! (even though it is free!)

I have several friends that are the best customers ever.  They never have support needs or anything bad to say.  Of course, they dont pay me either.  People who dont pay are typically a little less likely to give you a hard time.  What exactly is the thread about by the way?

What I do not like is if you give free stuff to people then they expect the world from you :mad: . Why I created this thread... hmm well I will get back to you on that one...

I guess because I was happy to have someone complain to me when I give them stuff for free (which is amazing nice feeling for once). One person a while back I gave a free space and he had support questions (remember I am not even a host), and always complain he wanted more and more and more.
