All server machines are colocated in the carrier-neutral data center of RedBus Interhouse in Frankfurt, Germany. The connectivity is at 100 Mbit/s via redundant internet upstreams utilizing BGP. Please send an eMail and we will supply you with a list of our upstreams as well as an IP address for testing purposes (ping/traceroute).

- 1 IP address included. Additional IP address free of charge (must comply to RIPE regulations)

lightupNET is in business since 1998. ValueSERVER is a label of lightupNET.

Remote reboots will be possible by early October. This will be possible for all servers and there will no be additional charges for this service.

You can install cPanel since you have full root access to your machine, however, we don't sell cPanel licenses. Therefore you must get the license through a third party.

The data center is manned 24x7, and we're as well reachable 24x7. A manual reboot typically takes 5-15 minutes. However, like I wrote before, as of early October remote reboots will be possible as no additional charge. Those reboots will be carried out instantly.

Setup time is currently 5-7 days after your initial payment.
Upgrade to 120 GB HDD is additional 3.45 EUR per month (excl. 16% VAT).
