use yum or apt
rpm -qa | grep plesk
you see package.
Then yum remove this_package

Then yum remove this_package
I did not know what the 1st line meant?
I tried the 2nd line and nothing happened.

Or do rpm -Uvh --force rpmname. If it was just a glitch during the installation this will probably fix the problem for you.

If it is a problem with Plesk that took place upon installation and that did not correct it you can do rpm -e psa and try to just reinstall the base package.
You were kind of vaque on what happened or what the error was, so most of what is said here is just ideas based off your original question, which may or may not fix the problem you are experiencing.
