Hi

I have 2 Cisco Pix 506E. Now I want to restore the configuration from one to the other device. How can I do this?

The Cisco PDM has only the option to save the configuration, but not to restore it.

log in with teraterm.

Log the scroll buffer.

Run "show run"

then look at the buffer log. It will be the config in a text file

At that point you just term into the new pix and paist that config...
