Are there any hosting packages come with a shopping cart system that allow site visitors to select a Canadian province from a drop down menu to calculate tax and shipping rate, in addition to the ubiquitous US state list?

I've just purchased StoreFront 5.0 which has the drop downs for each province and editable tax rate as well as numerous Shipping options.

I have no advice to give on any of the hosting companies familiar with StoreFront as I am presently in the process of finding one myself -- Canadian preferably but not back East as the time difference is too much to deal with -- I'm on the West Coast.

Anyone recommend a Host in Western Canada -- offering WinNT, MSAccess, ASP, SSL ... with awesome tech support! Available weekends even? Is that too much to ask? ;)
