My site must've gotten termed because it has been down for over 24 hours, and I have not gotten any replies via email or any notices which I find to be wierd. Anybody have the same problem?

We would never terminate an account with no notice. We currently have no reported server-wide outages (although we did receive a page from you early this morning regarding this issue). We are currently completing a series of server-to-server moves in an effort to drastically reduce the number of accounts on all shared hosting servers and increase performance across the board. These moves may have--however unlikely--caused a configuration issue with your site. If you are still experiencing trouble, the best way to contact our staff is by emailing shared@site5.com or through our pager system if is an emergency.

[EDIT] I checked into the issue for you, and it appears that your site was one of those that was moved to a new server. Unfortunately there was a complication with the move of your site, which caused it to be offline for this period of time. The issue has now been resolved, and you will be issued a service credit for the downtime.[EDIT]

Sorry about the inconvenience. :( You shouldn't experience an issue like this again, as we have since resolved the bug which caused it in the first place. ;)
