i'd appreciate some advice on this

i need a dedicated server with a good bit of bandwidth (20+ gigs a month), the ability to install whatever i want (mysql, php modules etc.)

i'd also like to have managed backups (i.e. i don't have to do them)

i need near 100% uptime

this is not for an adult site

my question is: could i get some recommendations on companies who provide the above for under $4000 a year?
