I've seen diginode's posts on this site, and their product looks interesting. But, as always, support is often the crucial point.

Is anyone here using them? Any feedback on support or the server performance?

I have 5 domains on their VDS and I moving more domains to the server now. The server performance is good for me. They do not have 24/7 support for now, only on weekdays. The response time is usually 2-6 hours. Their support is very helpful.
