Currently, HostNetway Internet is accepting resumes for two - three Technical Support possition, and Sales Agent possitions, both having knowledge in:

Windows Server 2003
Linux / FreeBSD
Hardware
Bandwidth (how it works, what it is)
Be able to estimate things on your own based on price chart
Friendly personalities
Speak English fluently
Know about the operating system services, such as DNS httpd etc.

Requirments:

All of the above
Must have DSL or greater connections
Must provide us with your location
If able, have maybe a cell phone available to receive sales / tech support calls (optional)


Payment Methods:

All payment transiting is done via PayPal or we can credit your credit card.

Technical Support:

Hours: We need someone to operate from:

1. 1 AM - 5:30 AM CDT
2. 12 PM - 5:00 PM CDT
3. 8 PM - 12:00 PM CDT


You will receive $3 per every resolved ticket depending on level of support.

Due to of how much our support phone number cost, we will only give you $3 for every 10 minutes, not exceeding 20 minutes.


Must have experience within the following:
- CPanel
- WHM
- Linux / FreeBSD
- Dedicated Servers

You may be subjected to a 1-7 day trial period to test your ability.

(Payment is done once a week, which is on Sunday)

Shared / Reseller:
HostNetway pays $5 + 15% recurring for every client that you have sign up with us.

Dedicated Servers:
HostNetway pays $15 + 10% recurring for every client that you have sign up with us.

Your responsibilites are the following:



To advirtise and make offers to the public (yes, you can make posts with an approved layout)

To make sure you were as friendly and respectful as possible to ensure future sales with them

To show them how we have great products, and compare with other hosts

Most importantly, to represent our company in where ever you post / advirtise, as well as representing yourself as a HN Sales Rep.



Payment is done instantly as you make the sale.

Just wondering if this is limited to thse living in the US?

Right now, we have received nothing but foreign applications. Right now, we only need USA people. I have reviewed some international resumes that I'll accept, however for this last possition, I need them to be in the USA for telephone support.
