I am looking for a PHP programmer & and a designer for some work. It is for a non-profit club and our funds are limited.

What I need from a designer. We are looking to re-create a site that reflects what our club is about. No coding is needed, just a .psd or .png file.

What I need from a programmer. We are looking for a script that will take users information (for becoming a member which is free) and then only display certain fields on a public page which is used for viewing current members. We also need this script to be able to take their reviews of stores and place them online for public review "once approved". Reviews need to be sorted by date and place so if 3 users give reviews on the same store then in the public view of that page it shows those 3 reviews in date listed order under that store. The stores will be set in the admin area. This would have to work with a template header/footer.

The admin area will need to be able to edit all users information, delete users, edit reviews and delete reviews, etc.

Currently we are doing this all with HTML by manually entering the information on the website.

If you are interested and are keeping in mind that are funds are "limited to donations from our members" and would really like to help us out we would apreciate it.

Our 1st priority is getting the Programming done. Depending on how much that will cost we will then move on to the webdesign portion.
