Hello,

I am just wondering if anyone has experience with Voxtreme.com's reseller plan.

I am interested in their special reseller plan. Kinda shopping around right now. :)

I just recently signed up with them.

From the surface everything appears great.

I haven't had too much opportunity to check out everything
yet but the service looks good and the support is excellent.

I let you know as I find out further.

I'm currently on their advanced virtual hosting plan and I've had no problems with uptime or getting my account set-up. To be honest, I haven't had any problems.

I noticed I can't get into voxtreme. Is it down? I can't get to either support person at voxtreme...Yikes..I hope it's just temporary...

They've been down all night. I just bought a reseller package a few days ago. This is the second time in 3 days that they've been down for several hours at a time. Hope this doesn't happen often.

I've been trying to get in for a couple hours....not sure what is going on.

Sorry for the downtime tonight.

We have been busy contacting our representative at the NOC and trying to get things up and running again.

I was going to signup for their reseller special plan today.....It was down...

Now it is 8:10 pm Alberta time...still down.

I do not know if I still have the apetite to signup. Feels like I am loosing it. :(

Too bad....I think I have to look for another one. :(

:kaioken: Hi just signed up with them today and their voxtreme.com domain has been down for about 4 hours now. Great techsupport but they slack in their uptime I tried to trace them down from about 4 diferent country's and no response. Good thing I test before I transfer my customers to new providers :idea:

To the parties concerned;

Firstly my apologies for the downtime. I agree our uptime over the past two weeks, with the server move etc. has not been what we would have liked to acheive, but things have now settled down, and uptime will improve a lot.

Regarding the cause for the uptime, WHM updated itself and rebooted the server, I believe, it seems that named failed to start following the reboot, thus resulting in inaccessibility to your sites.

Once again my sincerest apologies for this matter, and thank you for your understanding.
