Any advise?

Currently I am using addr.com but very dissapointed and would like to cancel it.
Any advise how to cancel it, since their cust. supp. is not responding very well.

Both ADDR and Cavendo should be avoided. If you do a search (top right corner of this page) for both you'll find generally negative threads about them.

Santana:

Send the emails to cancel. Keep them as evidence of your persistance and if they don't cancel, contact your credit card company.

They will credit you back your charges and cause a chargeback to ADDR.

Chargebacks to a company are like having bounced checks. They try and avoid them at all costs. Can be a very high service fee for them, and it ruins their credit rating with the processor.
