Are you planning on using the second drive to host accounts or will you be using it for backups?

The server configuration itself is a fairly common one, but you'll need to define what type of accounts you'll likely have on it. Will they be 500MB w/10 gig of transfer, gamers, reseller accounts or small mom-and-pop-shop sites with 25MB of space?
