I recently transfered files from one CPANEL server to another, and apparently, it overlapped my accounts I currently already had. In any event, the domains that had pre-existed and had a double transfer now come up saying "403" error.

How would I go among fixing this issue?
Also, I have swapped accounts from one server to the other (same operation) and though it appears under account list, dnsreport does not show any records for A name/MX/ etc..... its still synced with our old server?

Did you mean account A / domain existed in the server that you wanted to move to?

You can delete the domain in /var/named and /etc/named.conf and restore again. Most probably its /etc/named.conf.

I had the same problem after transferring my accounts from ANz to ServInt's VPS. ServInt's tech said it was a permissions problem and fixed it within about 5 minutes.
