Has anyone had any dealings with Swiftpay?? I have done my money thru them as they wont pay out!!

Did you get your money from swiftpay?

despite many promises and all sorts of emails after on year NO MONEY!! Dont know how they are still around.
This was the last email on 2nd April.

Hi Col,

Please accept our apologies for the delay in processing your query, we are currently experiencing a backlog of email due to some mail server problems.

I looked into your situation in order to resolve this issue and for you to receive your funds as soon as possible. I've spoke to our technical department and our Financial Controller and we want to suggest that we do a wire transfer of the funds into your bank account. I mentioned to them that you requested a check but they said because it is an Irish check (since we are based in Ireland), the check will take a week or so to clear and you will have to pay funds to cash the check.

Our Financial Controller reckon it will be best to send you a wire transfer but would need the following information:

Your name (as your bank account knows it)
Bank name
Bank address
SWIFT code
NZ bank sort code
Account number

Once we receive this information we will be able to process a wire transfer for the $71.00 to your bank account.

So you still did not get your money? Didn'y swiftpay wire you the money?

20 or so emails sent by me go unaswered. So got nothing is the simple answer.

Did you even think that the reason why they want your bank account number was not to wire you the money but to steal more money?

gghosting, I have no idea at all, can you tell us why?
