You also missed
www.seeksadmin.com
www.supportresort.com
www.visionexcomm.com
www.logicsupport.com
www.tophaths.com

I would post some about what people say about the given, but i take it this thread is to be just a list -- not an opinionated thread.

Thanks for the additions.

Do any of these companies have techs in the USA?

So far I know touchsupport.com does, but they don't work in the way I need them to. A few India based ones do, but I prefer techs to be in same country.

Greetings:

Is your list for outsourced support for direct customers or level 2 through 3 system administration?

Thank you.

I will do level 2-3 myself, or I can have my datacenter do it. I am only looking for people to interact with the customers.

Thanks,

Neofree

TS-Dave:

I'm not sure where you get your information, but we are definitely USA (Our office is located in Danville, Pa. We will be posting pictures of it on our websites very soon). We are also currently in the process of bringing ALL of our support into our Danville, PA office. Meaning not only are we USA, but we are soon to be all In-House

:-)

Rachel: this is probably off-topic; but are you stating that all of your support techs are in the USA?

Must second the serverwizards.com . Just used them for several kernel upgrades and additional hardening. Great staff and I must say, the performance increases are noticable.

I'm thinking of going with touchsupport, could you elaborate on the above statement please?

Thanks for your response and thanks for the list!!
