Ya their site is pretty bad as far as layout and answers. 2checkout does however let you have any bank account I believe. I dont think you have to have a business checking or special account.

I think they are updating the site and I think they need to... yuck!

I am very happy so far with 2checkout though. I would recommend them. ;-)
