I like to use php.net for some code examples. I also think phpbuilder.com is a pretty good resource. I really think a book is the best way to learn PHP but I can't name any good ones off the top of my head since the one I have dates back to php3.

The best place to learn is from php.net itself. www.php.net/manual is where I first found out how to code in php :)

I think the best book is the PHPBIBLE :) I learn PHP in that book, or maybe you can check php.net/manual ;)
