I just bought your hosting last night. I'm very surprise you call me to comfirm first, grate security!. But today!, Server is down. CPU load is more than 10.00! I think you will fix it soon. Thank you.

We were updating CPanel last night and patching the Kernal. Server was down for maybe 2 minutes while everything restarted. :-P

Yes, our system automatically dials and confirms everything. Its an anti-fraud measure and its been very useful.
