If the word is a common one word, a very good domain, but what about the tld? on't know much about it I am afraid. Thnx 4solutions 09-09-2004, 09:13 PM .bz is the country code for Belize. It's so close to the dot .biz that they are marketing it similarly. Read about it here: http://www.nic.bz/en/about/ Personally, unless you're from Belize, I don't think it's worth investing in for resale. Jeffreyw 09-10-2004, 01:08 AM Unless you have Webhost.bz, Sex.bz, Whois.bz that i think is worthy. LP-Trel 09-10-2004, 03:50 AM Depending on what the word is, it could be worth something. Think about whois.sc. ;) dmaven 09-11-2004, 08:01 AM From a reselling perspective it is pretty much worthless. Bashar 09-13-2004, 04:05 AM whois.sc wouldn't worth much if the services they offering wasn't there ;) so many whois.xx domains or even single letter ccTLD domains didnt even pay their regfee 4solutions 09-13-2004, 10:16 AM Originally posted by Bashar whois.sc wouldn't worth much if the services they offering wasn't there ;)I totally agree. Just like Google would be another funny domain name, if it didn't have the search engine technology behind it. Interesting though, I've noticed that when I enter whois.sc in my browser, it apparently redirects to Whois-Source.com. But then the searches again show whois.sc/domainname.com . Perhaps NI is rethinking the whois.sc name? Bashar 09-14-2004, 03:51 AM whois.sc dropped few days back (or deleted from .SC root servers) thats why they switched to whois-source.com but now its back online dmaven 09-15-2004, 11:24 AM I do not think .bz is worth while at all |
