Are you looking to have a php script modified? how about having a script coded from scratch? look no where further!. I have coded all kinds of script in php and mysql, server doesn't support mysql? I can also code using linear flat files (text files) for storage. Don't prefer php? maybe you prefer asp, I can help you there; I can code in asp using microsoft database (.mdb) for storage.
