I am setting up a reseller account under WHM and was wondering what advice you guys might have regarding that?

Specifically I'd like to find out:

1) Does WHM have bugs with regards to reseller accounts?

2) Should I make them agree to some sort of additional agreement prior to letting them become a reseller? They already are members of my hosting so they've already agreed to the basic terms.
