i sent a email to cancel the account they say they never got it charged my for 3 more months and will not refund my money they will not even refund 2 months that i did not use so i got 2 days of use in jan. for the price of 3 months. so stay far away just get your own server.

If you payed by credit card, I would do a chargeback.
