I use 123reg for all my *uk domain reg's, but I agree they are expensive for others.

For the service they provider they are expensive, as for the same money I could register three other .com's with an enom reseller such as namecheap.com.

Do they have an api for intergrating registering of .co.uk and such or just the affiliate referral I saw?

No API, they are not a reseller.

It is. They are no worse than any other UK reg for .coms. That's why I'm transferring all my .coms to US hosts. ;)

Very expensive i know that..but a few times ive changed the nameservers for a few websites and within hrs it already had propagated..everytime i done this..its happned that quick

Does this make any difference?or is it ISP that Flushes its DNS?

123 are cheap for co.uk £2-59
scotreg £5-99

123 for a .com £8-99
scotreg for .com £6-99

If we are talking british reg's. But yes you need to cross the pond to get cheap cheap
