Hi,
I am just wondering if anyone is requesting refunds from EV1Servers tax issues. I have always found them outraged but when I had no alternatives I had to use them. I don't use them anymore but I have over $1,000 of sales taxes that where not supposed to be paid and with recent developments:
"1. Sales Tax for non-Texas residents
We no longer collect Texas sales tax on hosting services purchased by users who are located outside of Texas and have no nexus in Texas. Currently no additional information is available on possible refund of previous taxes paid, but we are working closely with the State of Texas and will give you an update in mid-September."
Anyone has taken any steps or heard any comments?
