Hmmm, unlimited bandwidth statment but they do provide a the information upfront about server abuse so not that biggie, still not a plus but atleast they let you know what is what.

The second part is I base part of my desicion on the design of the website as it reflects the company directly. A bad design results in points being deducted, say what you will but that is part of my judging process.
