I got invoice that prorated include today and thought it will be up today. Maybe I was wrong. Or they do not work on weekend since they do not respond ticket( asking setup time) also.

I chose a long term payment scheme, and it had the same 'discounted' price for the recurring fee (which falls next year).
Could anyone confirm how long it take for reseller account set up with versaweb ?It probably took 10 minutes. I can start using my account but I'm waiting for some additional setups to completed. Also they did respond to tickets on Saturday, not sure about Sunday though.

Rob T 09-12-2004, 08:59 AM 1/2 off offer is for the life of the account - as long as your account is kept in good standing (ie no late payments, no TOS violations) your rate will not increase.
Meknow, please email me directly with your signup info so I can check to see why your account is not set up. Normally accounts are set up within 20-30 minutes unless a fraud flag was tripped during the ordering process.

I hope I'm not another fraud flag since I've been with 6 other host and have never had any problems signing up.

I bought very cheap reseller account. And he is now try selling high cost unmettered server. If I were him, I also going to work hard for that high margin account not like my small account. I understand. But in that case, he may hire someone who help him out to take care of small account like me not abandon us.
The price was tempting so I'm still waiting. But treat paid customer like this is not fair even though small amount ( yes, last 3 days is paid while I do not receive service.) They better stop doing pro-rated billing if setup take this long.

Rob T 09-13-2004, 10:55 PM All accounts have been set up and are up and running now. We had an API problem between our billing system and our control panel that was causing some problems getting accounts set up, and when we attempted to work around it by installing the accounts manually in DA the control panel would not allow us to build the accounts. Between mucking around in some settings in MB and doing a reinstall of DA everything is back to being smooth as glass now.
If anyone has placed orders for DA accounts and still does not have login info, please email me directly at rob@versaweb.net and i'll make sure you get taken care of. Sorry for the inconvenience.
