I put an application in with CDGcommerce on August 30th. I have not had an update since 1 september and I can't reach anyone there.

I know that alot of people have had great service with them, but all I get are answering machines and auto-response email saying that they will get back to me in 24 hours.

Initially, I had great service with pm-ing Chris, but I haven't had a response from him recently.

I have orders that need to be sent and cards to process. If they can't help for some reason, I wish that they would let me know. I don't want to go somewhere and then get stuck with the cancelation fee in their contact $35 per month of the remaining term or 36 months = $1260.

Does anyone know if they are having any problems? Or is it just the volume from the Paysystems thing?

They added a application status: http://www.cdgcommerce.com/my_app.php did you try it? He should be here soon (after work) as well.

Hm I feel like I know you too much Chris! LOL

LOL, I just sent a PM and then subsequently noticed this thread.

One quick item of clarification - we are no longer experiencing any delays at this point pertaining to the craziness last month from PaySystems.

Everything is back to normal and there aren't any delays in the pipeline. And if something isn't as speedy as it should be, please let me know directly because we have no valid reason to blame PaySystems at this point in time. ;)

However, while we are indeed averaging the stated 1-2 business days from start to finish for completed apps, it is important to keep in mind that if an app is flagged due to unusual circumstances or if we are missing any documentation, that will delay it further.

In fact, everyone can see just how fast (or slow!) we are at any given time, month-to-date, with our real-time support time page.

And yes, those are real numbers. They didn't look so great during the PaySystems fiasco but they are back to normal now. :)
