Its software which will get all emails of any mail server, but I think its not working properly, I download it from cnet , but when i search my own site then its tell me i have thousands of emails, but i have only under 10 email, i wana know why its showing me thousands of emails address at my mail server ?

Most modern mail servers have mechanisms to protect them from such spamware.
