We've been very happy with PHPLive, the features are fantastic - well almost fantastic, it's not compatible with Mac browsers :-(

Free opensource are good ones. But i would suggest CSS. Clickchatsold dot com . They are paid ones. $19 per month. You can try their service for free.

I would have to agree. ClickChatSold is great. Thats what we use :)
