1) You need a host with SX powered WP.
2) You need to know it is like $25.00/mo to start for 25 customers (this will usualy be more). This is from the latest price quote we got back in Nov. Maybe it has changed. Also, most host implement it into the price of the package.

Try posting in Web Hosting Requests for a SX host. RAS is a very nice peice of software.
