I am looking for a freelance programmer or a Freelance program service that could affordably create a small program for me.
I dont know much about these things,so any help on this matter would be appreciated.
It will be a small program that has to "work" with Outlook Express or any other email program. Nothing to do with sending of Unsolicited emails.....
I am ready to give all the info needed.
