My RaQ4 was hacked at the weekend and the hosting co reinstalled the os from scratch.
I've patched it up now (ssl/ssh etc) but am having problems with the sites and users disk usage.
The server was setup to backup the server configuration through the control panel daily. When I restored the most recent backup nothing happened.
Rebooted, no new users/sites anything.
It somehow didnt seem to stable after this but I had backed up the new server config prior to the restore, so I restored this.
No problem, restored fine, back to square one (in theory). So I start adding the old sites/users by hand. However, when I add a site it comes up immediately with a random percentage of the disk space used, even with no users set. Sometimes 40-50% sometimes 500%+
I have run the sitelist-fix script and the meta verify users thing and both ran fine but made no difference.
I guess the gui is somehow confused but how can I fix it? Any help much appreciated.
After a nightmare 36 hours I could use some good news but somehow I can't see that happening!
