when i try to install screen i get this error, anyone know how to sort it?

[root@server231 root]# rpm -Uvh screen-3.9.13-5.src.rpm
error: cannot create %sourcedir /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES

Make sure the dir /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES exists and root has write permissions to it.
