Costco uses Nova, yes.
I always recommend them - the prices are great, and they were exceptionally helpful when it came to setting up my account to work with Signio.

I've got to compare harbor with charge.com to see what is what. Originally I was considering charge.com but got talking with Daniel (ultraspeed), about some of the places he was looking at, and it is as bad as shopping for hosts. Not that shopping for hosts is bad, just for the first timer, it can get confusing. Any input would be appreciated.
Ohh, and I also picked up the merch. account thingy when I was at costco the other day but haven't looked into it much yet.

I have found Costco/Nova to be horrible though not as bad as Card Service International.
By far, the best service and prices has been from First Merchants Bancard Services. You can call Jetta at 800-477-0173. I don't work for them or get any referral... We just use them for several accounts and have been very happy with their service.

charge.com seems to be very good, weve used them a number of times with no problems, and their about the cheapest out there.
