Anant Systems has developed a Windows 2000 Based
Hosting Controller which might be released to the public.
The first commercial version is 50% complete. The non-commercial version which was developed for a client cannot be sold due to contract agreements.

Here is a quick screenshot I put together. (Mainly because
without a screenshot, you wouldn't pay attention to it)
The final version will have the following:
Active Directory Management (groups and users)
DNS Management (Win DNS)
IIS Management
DSN Management
SQL Server Database/User Creation
File System's Permissions
DLL Registration
This will be the Server Administrator Level and this is what we will release first.
The second version will add Reseller Management, and the next will offer end User/ site management.
We are currently looking at features from all the linux based controllers. Currently we do not have plans to integrate any Mail management Our goal is to be able to install this software on any vanilla windows 2000/.net server and offer general automation at a affordable price.
One of the most important features will be the User signup scripts and API which will make it a truly turkey solution.
