Ok i am getting ready to start a hosting company within the next few months, and I have planned out "everything".

But i want to know if im misssing something that i need to take into account.

I have all of the following figured out:

Server provider
What server stats
Type and frequency of Backups
What type of license to get/and where
Who to buy the SSL from
Who i want for the CC processor
What Control Panel/Support software/billing software
The basic starter advertising campaign im going to run
The basic pricing plans for my services

What am i misssing if anything?

Layout, content, and domain name? I'm assuming you've decided on all that?

That's pretty much completed. but also, you've included a domain name, design, content in your list. I presume you count them in already.

You should consider registering as a business, and consult an account about what type of business you should register as (sole proprietor, S corp, LLC, etc).

Like i said in the first post i already figure the type of licence, im going S corp

And 24/7 support im going to handle on my own at first, I am going to do a vps hosting business, so there will not be that many accounts per server. So at first i can handle 20-50 customers, then ill start thinking about outsourcing. It is oging to be me and my wife running the company so I will not be doing it all solo anyways.
