Are the current 73 GB SCSI drives 10K or 15K RPM?

Any chance of this special (P2800S) being offered with a RAID solution? That would be ideal. I am looking for 3x 73GB SCSI in RAID setup. I'd be happy to pay a setup fee for the raid card, if that is an issue.

Thanks to sales, found out they're 10k Fitjitsu SCSI drives. Still a very very nice offer (though I was really hoping they were the awesome 15k drives being installed in the servermatrix SCSI servers for a while :))
